Blast Your Day in Gear with a Good Dose of Healthy MCT and Monounsaturated Fats.
I woke up this morning with several things to take care of. I thought about half of those things on my list, and *did* the other half.
I had a haircut appointment at 10 am. So, I had a quick cup of coffee. Nothing special. Black. When I got back, I sat in front of the computer because I couldn’t wait to greet you guys.
Then I looked toward the kitchen where my pot of hour-and-a-half old left-over coffee was sitting. I jumped up that moment and made another pot.
This time, I didn’t put off getting some KETO FAT to continue the rest of the day. I measured 35 grams of Coconut Oil and put in my cup, then poured hot coffee over it. FYI: Coconut oil melts fairly quickly because it’s over 60% MCTs. As opposed to butter which is also remarkably healthy, but far lower in the MCT side of fats.
While I was waiting for the fresh pot to brew I snatched the last avocado from the top of the refrigerator. It was just ripe enough to be devoured. And, that, it was.
I don’t know about you. But, there is no fore-play when it comes to me and my avocados. We get down to business. I cut that thing down the middle and ate it right out of it’s skin – with a spoon. No smashing, no spices, no mashing, no….. ( I need a another rhyming word.)
Anyway, I ate it. Gone Gone.
Now, I sit with my cup of coffee and coconut oil. By the way, the avocado weighed in at around 22 grams of fat. Mostly monounsaturated. Those two fats combined came it at just under 70 grams. Most people try to eat much less than that their whole day in fear of getting fat.
Buwahaha! I have the SECRET!
Yes, all this fat is HEALTHY – And that very FAT will suck the FAT right off your GUT!
